Multiple winner over 5f-7f and appears to act on most ground. 6lb higher than his latest win at Doncaster last month. Held from this mark at Newcastle last time, but 3lb claimed again here and no surprise if he bounces back.
Multiple sprint winner on ground ranging from good to firm through to soft, but hasn't scored since 2017. Has remained very competitive since then, including when just held over C&D last year, when 2lb higher. Contender.
Multiple 5f winner on good/good to firm ground and now 4lb lower than when last winning at Beverley in 2019. Produced one of his better efforts when third at Newcastle (AW) last time, and has an each-way chance.
Four-time winner over 5f-6½f on both turf and AW. Hasn't been as competitive in his last few runs as we know he can be, but his latest run was a step back in the right direction and can't be written off.
Won last year's Shergar Cup Dash over C&D (good) when 1lb higher. and ran well in the far side group here in the Wokingham last time out. Probably better drawn here, so no surprise if he is much closer again.
Multiple winner over 5f-7f including over C&D. Optimum conditions are good to firm, but has won on good. Up 7lb after scoring at Haydock last time (career-best). Will need more of the same up again in grade, but can't rule that out.
Triple turf winner over 6f, all on ground slower than good. Went very close when 1lb lower here in October, but needs to improve on his last two starts in order to get involved in this field.
Improved to win a Southwell novice event (6f) in January and dropped back to 5f to win there next time, on his handicap debut. Arrives after completing a hat-trick, the last two on fast ground and looks a player up 4lb and in grade.
Triple fast ground 5f winner, the most recent at Windsor 14-months ago being from a higher mark. Entitled to respect on that basis alone, and could now be spot on for a big run after never being involved on his reappearance.
Triple turf winner over 5f/6f on good or fast ground. Still improving despite recent defeats, but hard to see him winning after another 2lb rise, although definitely not ruled out of the money.
Dual turf winner over 7f/5f, on good/good to firm and plenty to like about how he won a class 4 at Doncaster last time. Up 4lb for that, and this is definitely a tougher race, but he is nicely drawn and could again go well.
Dual 6f winner, on good to firm/soft ground. Returned from a break to run really well at Haydock (5f, good) last time, when not enjoying a trouble-free run. 2lb rise for that looks fair and from a stand side stall he looks a contender.
Acts on fast ground, though all three turf wins have come on good to soft. Ended a drought dating back to 2018 when winning at Wolverhampton (AW) last time and a 5lb rise will ask serious questions in this line-up.
Triple turf winner, including in this grade last season at Newmarket (5f, good). Matched that effort back there last time, when beaten a short-head (6f) but needs to raise her game again now back at this level.
Sole turf win came over 6f (good to firm) at Nottingham last season, when 13lbs lower. Has been found wanting in lower grades than this since then, and looks up against it.
Multiple winner over 6f/7f on a variety of going. Up 6lb for scoring in a class 4 at Ripon last time out, and his record suggests that he might find this trip in this grade plenty sharp enough.
Well placed to win five of his 12 starts, two on turf (5f/6f, inc, on good) and the last three on Chelmsford's Polytrack. Up another 9lb for his latest ready success, but not ruled out now upped in grade.
Triple 5f turf winner (on good/good to soft) who is back on a competitive mark. Hasn't been at his best in three runs for this trainer, but would be very competitive if returning to that level.

Jonah Jones (11/2), Arecibo (11/2), Aplomb (6/1), Stone Of Destiny (13/2), Mountain Peak (8/1), Jawwaal (10/1), Pass The Vino (12/1), Lahore (14/1), Justanotherbottle (14/1), National Anthem (16/1), Wedding Date (18/1), Venturous (18/1), Tone The Barone (22/1), Final Venture (25/1), Savalas (33/1), Street Parade (33/1), Benny And The Jets (33/1), Ornate (40/1), I Am A Dreamer (50/1), Saaheq (50/1)
This looks nigh-on impossible to solve, with many chances, but the suggestion is MOUNTAIN PEAK, who is drawn well, in good form and improving. Jonah Jones and Jawwaal are others who look to have claims from the high numbers, while Tone The Barone, Street Parade and Final Venture are others in a far-from-exhaustive list of possible contenders.
- Mountain Peak
- Jonah Jones
- Jawwaal
