Competent and fairly consistent bumper performer winning when a well backed favourite at Ballinrobe 12 months ago. Two-race maiden over hurdles and could be vulnerable in this contest.
Useful 71-rated handicapper on the Flat for trainer Michael O'Callaghan. Sent off at big prices in three starts over hurdles between February and March before running accordingly on each occasion.

No great shakes on the Flat but made a reasonable hurdling debut at Thurles in October before a dour effort at Punchestown when last seen in January. Looks up against it.
Two-race maiden hurdler, yet to get within 60L of the winner in a couple of starts in October/November. Plenty to prove on comeback run.

Four-race maiden but has proceeded to hit the frame on a couple of occasions at Thurles and Leopardstown in November/December in 17/18 runner fields. Well beaten in a novice hurdle when last seen in January but likely to go well in this company.
71-rated handicapper on the Flat. Not seen since October 2018 before running with credit on return to action on hurdling debut at Roscommon last month. Plenty of room for improvement.
Generally well beaten on all three starts over hurdles in the last 12 months. Disputed lead, on first start since racing returned, before weakening four out at Tipperary earlier this month.

Auspicious run on return to action to run the winner April's Joy to 1¾L in a Kilbeggan 2m4f maiden hurdle last month on her second start over timber. One for any shortlist.

Daughter of Getaway out of an Oscar mare. Decent form in a couple of point-to-point starts in January/February this year. Market likely to be the best guide on hurdling debut.

Daughter of Dahjee. Half-sister to chase winner Youcantcallhertha. Towards rear and never a factor in dour hurdling performance on debut at Roscommon last month.

Daughter of Dylan Thomas. Nothing of note in a couple of starts in bumper company before a dismal effort at Navan over 2m on maiden hurdle debut in March.
Encouraging second of 14 on second start over timber at Roscommon last month. Yard usually do well with their runners at this venue in July, saddled Eagle Moon to win last week.
Ran with credit in a couple of bumpers at Down Royal and Galway on first two starts before disappointing over hurdles, the latest in a Roscommon maiden last month.

Forecasts

Trevena (11/8), She Tops The Lot (7/4), Champagne Diva (4/1), Could Be Trouble (13/2), Scarlet Revera (8/1), Love The Melody (16/1), Above The City (20/1), Springsteen's Girl (22/1), What Wonders Weave (25/1), As High Say (25/1), Saint Or Sinner (28/1), Sadies Trix (33/1), Divine Approach (66/1), Deo Bellator (66/1), Serpolette (125/1), Roses Queen (125/1), Raining Bird (150/1)

Verdict

Trainer Henry De Bromhead usually places his runner well at this venue in the month of July and can strike here with SHE TOPS THE LOT. The yard saddled Eagle Moon to victory here last week and the daughter of Yeats can repeat the feat at the expense of Trevena, who produced good form in a couple of maiden hurdles in November/December last year. In a contest where many won't look like getting into it, Champagne Diva for trainer Noel Mead and the Gavin Cromwell-trained Springsteen's Girl look capable of hitting the frame.
  1. She Tops The Lot
  2. Trevena
  3. Springsteen's Girl
