Stalwart for Mick Appleby and the Horse Watchers for many seasons before moving on into the care of Jamie Osborne and the Melbourne 10; continues to ease in the weights after two disappointing efforts to start the season.
Seemed to lose his way last season but back on song with two seconds at Kempton before lockdown. Looks like he's on a decent mark now so one to consider back on turf.
1m Chelmsford novice winner in 2018 ran just once last season when third of nine at Redcar. Off 456 days but open to improvement so an intriguing puzzle best solved with the aid of the market.
Just two wins in 26 starts shows you he's tricky to win with, but went very close off this mark at Newcastle in March, a run that would give him clear chances if he could repeat it, but overall record suggests another place is more likely.
Landed Southwell 1m novice on third start for current yard in October then made winning handicap bow at Wolverhampton 1m1f in December. Returned with two sixths and handicap sliding now.
6lb higher than Redcar win last season but excuses for two of three runs since and one in between pretty solid back at Redcar. Not ruled out here by any means.

Forecasts
Red October (5/2), King's Slipper (16/5), Mr Coco Bean (18/5), Snow Ocean (4/1), Geetanjali (8/1), Global Art (9/1), Big Country (11/1), Wind In My Sails (14/1)
A wide-open contest could be blown apart by unexposed Red October but he has been off the track for 15 months so a safer bet looks to be KING'S SLIPPER who ran well at Kempton twice in February hinting that he is back to form and handicapped to go close. Mr Coco Bean is best of the rest.
