Made a solid start at Kempton (7f, AW) last October, and showed a little improvement on her recent reappearance back there (1m). Looked in need of this longer trip that day, and no surprise to see her more closely involved this time.
€105,000 yearling; first foal; dam won over 7f and is half-sister to 1m1f Group 3 winner Master Carpenter. Trainer 21% with his 3yos and does have debut winners, but his string isn't yet fully firing.
Showed some promise on her debut at Chelmsford (1m, AW). Raced freely but still ran well to be 1½L third in a fillies' maiden at Beverley when stepped up to 1m2f (good) last time. Big player if able to improve again here.
Zoffany filly out of the Listed Galtres Stakes winner Queen Of Ice. 10-1 and never seriously involved, though did show some promise on debut at Newmarket (7f, heavy) last November. Should improve for this longer trip and could have a say.
New Approach filly out of an Invincible Spirit mare. Supported and 9-2 on her recent debut at Newmarket (1m, soft), when showing some promise before being beaten 7¾L (lost a shoe). Can improve for that and this longer trip. Not ruled out.
First foal of a bumper/2m3f hurdle (inc. Listed) winner with plenty of stamina on the National Hunt-infused dam's side of the family. Stable's runners in form and particularly its 3yos (25% this season), so no surprise to see a good debut. Hooded.
275,000gns foal from a prolific family. Dam (Islington) a 1m2f-1m4f Group 1 winner. 12-1 on debut over C&D last month, when never on terms. Needs significant improvement on that, but in the right hands to show more this time.
Shamardal filly out of a Refuse To Bend mare. 50-1 and failed to make any impact on debut at Newmarket (1m, good to firm) last month, when last of nine. Can only suggest a watching brief in this line-up.
Well held on last autumn's debut over Doncaster's straight 1m (heavy). Showed improvement on her recent reappearance here (C&D, good), but hung left late on. If she can come on again then she couldn't be written off here.
Sea The Stars filly who was an easy-to-back 12-1 chance on debut at Kempton (1m, AW) in February, when never better than midfield. Needs to show an awful lot more this time to get involved.

Almareekh (3/1), Ice Sprite (7/2), Hidden Sky (7/2), Kannoor (11/2), Propriety (11/2), Viola (13/2), Arabian Romance (11/1), Ocean Pearl (16/1), Lunar Bounty (28/1), Zawalah (80/1), Say It's Me (100/1)
Given her lofty price tag there will be plenty of interest in Propriety here, and it would be no surprise to see both her and Sir Michael Stoute's other runner Almareekh go well. Ocean Pearl should be capable of better this time, Lunar Bounty is another interesting debutante from a stable going well, while Arabian Romance is also having her first run for a stable who can have debut winners, but isn't yet fully firing. Viola is not written off, Ice Sprite probably has a more obvious chance along with Kannoor, but the suggestion is HIDDEN SKY, who has a couple of positive experiences to her name and can make it third time lucky.
- Hidden Sky
- Kannoor
- Ice Sprite
