Front-runner who ran well when fourth on Beverley comeback run but didn't build on that at Leicester since and this is a hot race for the grade to be bouncing back in.
Several placed efforts but still a maiden under both codes and needs to eke out some improvement from somewhere to break his duck here.
Runner-up on four occasions last season but still to break her duck and ran a shocker on comeback at Leicester. The hood tried that day is quickly dispensed with but is proving expensive to follow.
Seemingly in the form of his life and followed up win over C&D with an emphatic wide margin win at Lingfield. 6lb well in for hat-trick bid and must go well if this doesn't come too soon.
Had a golden spell last August rattling off a quick hat-trick over 6f but lost his way after that and may need this comeback run with stamina to prove as well.
Multiple winner down the years and returned to top form when bolting up by 10L over C&D last week. Beat a rival that day who was coming off the back of a win so no reason not to believe the form.
8lb below most recent win at Wolverhampton in November and well beaten on turf return last time so others come here with plenty more to recommend them.
Finished 2019 on a low having won twice earlier in the year but right back to best when under 1L second to Fieldsman here last week and with an 8lb pull must have claims of reversing that form, though that rival has won again since.

Forecasts
Sir Plato (1/1), Fieldsman (4/1), Incentive (4/1), Madame Tantzy (8/1), Quarry Beach (12/1), Stringybark Creek (14/1), Sea Fox (16/1), Gilt Edge (33/1), John Betjeman (50/1)
For the grade this is a particularly hot contest with SIR PLATO, Incentive and Fieldsman all arriving off excellent runs last week and it's the first named, who is officially 9lb well in who gets the nod with plenty of form in the past to suggest there was no sign of a fluke about it.
- Sir Plato
- Incentive
- Fieldsman
