Forecasts

Snapraeterea (7/4), San Martino (11/4), No Patience (4/1), Mister Hitchcock (13/2), In The Attic (9/1), Iron Sheriff (20/1), Barretstown (40/1)

Verdict

Costing €260,000 as a yearling, the Aidan O'Brien-trained SAN MARTINO is possibly the best option in a field filled mostly with debutante's. The colt by The Gurkha can get off the mark for connections at the first attempt with a host of potential dengers in behind including the Dermot Weld-trained son of Famous Name, Mister Hitchcock. The Noel Meade-trained In The Attic and Snapraeterea for trainer Joseph O'Brien appear next best of the newcomers while No Patience is not easily dismissed following promising debut run at Fairyhouse last month.
  1. San Martino
  2. Mister Hitchcock
  3. In The Attic
