Similar level of ability on both runs to date on good ground though gave impression at Ripon last time that 6f was just stretching him so the return to the minimum looks a plus. Sets the form standard in a weak opener.
Tailed off on debut but showed a bit more when 8L ninth of 11 over 6f at Redcar on second start. Now drops down in trip again and needs to improve again but that is a possibility.
Has been very free in both starts to date beating just a single rival in total but was well backed last time so clearly felt capable of better though will need to learn to settle properly.
8/1 for recent good ground 6f Redcar debut and showed some ability when eighth, 1L ahead of Katty D. Should come on for that experience and the drop down could be in her favour should entitled to figure.
Third foal of dam who was a poor maiden. Trainer not associated with debut winners and only of interest if market is positive even in such a modest contest.
Second foal but first to reach the racecourse. Dam was lightly raced but put in best effort at 6f. Trainer 0-21 with two-year-olds so far this campaign.
Fifth foal of dam who won in France at up to 1m and has already produced two winners from 1m to 1m4f. Stable have already introduced a two-year old winning newcomer from just two runners this season so makes a good deal of appeal on paper.
Forecasts
Disco Beats (6/5), Amayzing Eyes (4/1), Moiella (9/2), Midnight Stripper (15/2), Shawshank (16/1), Katty D (16/1), Go Go Luna (22/1)
A weak maiden on paper and any support for Moiella would make her of interest for a yard who are going well, but the percentage call is to side with DISCO BEATS who has shown ability on both runs and the return to the minimum trip is probably in his favour. Amayzing Eyes hinted at something to work on at Redcar last month and should be in the mix.
