Winning for the second time on the AW when successful over an extended 1m5f at Chelmsford earlier this month. Raised 3lb for that victory and is of interest down in trip on just his third start on turf.
Course winner finished runner-up on both starts since racing resumed including when 5L second on the AW at Kempton a week ago. Escaped a rise for that effort and is one to note on his first turf start since last October.
Making her first start since wind surgery when finishing 2L fifth over 1m5f at Lingfield earlier thi smonth. Drop in trip not certain to suit racing off a mark 1lb lower than for her most recent victory.
Struggled on final three starts of last year including when 10L tenth over 1m2f at Yarmouth (heavy) last October. Probably best watched on debut for this yard.
Placed on her two most recent starts including when runner-up in a handicap over this trip at Wolverhampton three weeks ago. One to note with both previous victories coming on turf including over this trip at Brighton (good-to-firm) last August.
Placed three times in 11 starts but struggled in a novice hurdle over an extended 2m3f at Doncaster (good) on stable debut in March. Cheekpieces tried for the first time with blinkers worn in the past returning for this contest.
12 race maiden finished 7L fourth in a 1m4f handicap at Wolverhampton last time out. Had Lauberhorn Rocket behind him that day and market support would be notable on this occasion.
Nine race maiden was beaten 11L when seventh at Bath (1m2f, good-to-firm) on seasonal debut recently. Fair fifth in a novice event over an extended 1m3f there in spring last year but is probably best watched stepping back up in distance.
Struggled in three starts including over hurdles at Fontwell in October since finishing 5L third at Salisbury (1m4f, soft) just over a year ago. Probably best watched on debut for this stable.
11 time winner over jumps including twice in 2019 but he is probably best watched on his first start on the Flat since finishing sixth over an extended 2m at Wolverhampton in October 2016.
Making his seasonal reappearance when finishing 12½L fifth in a 2m handicap at Kempton just over a fortnight ago. Winner finished well clear of the field that day and he is a notable runner dropping back in distance.
Victorious by 1¼L in a handicap over this distance at Wolverhampton earlier this month. Races off her 3lb lower turf mark here but all eight previous successes have come on the AW.

Forecasts
Hammy End (9/4), Cafe Sydney (10/3), Sunshineandbubbles (6/1), Star Of Athena (7/1), Hatsaway (7/1), Strict (12/1), Lauberhorn Rocket (16/1), Born To Please (16/1), Lady Makfi (20/1), Test Valley (25/1), Militry Decoration (40/1), Watchman (66/1), Harry The Norseman (80/1), Tamarillo Grove (100/1)
HAMMY END has run well when finishing runner-up on his two most recent starts and having shown a liking for this venue in the past he is taken to record a second course success by taking this competitive looking handicap. Hatsaway should have no issue with the drop back in distance and he can claim second having run well on seasonal debut last time out while third place can go to Sunshineandbubbles who was a winner on the AW on her most recent start.
- Hammy End
- Hatsaway
- Sunshineandbubbles
