Colt by Sea The Stars out of a Danehill Dancer mare. Closely related to Perfect Soul, winner between 7f/1m3f. Makes plenty of appeal on debut for yard hitting a bit of form.
31,000 gns yearling by Nayef. Half-brother to smart types Pirate King and the classy Dandino (1m6f). Dam also a staying winner so may even need further in time.
Full-brother to Irish Derby winner Sovereign, and shaped well despite finishing last of 5 in the Eyrefield Stakes at Leopardstown before finishing 1¾L behind Galileo Chrome earlier this month at the Curragh. Leading player.
Colt by Born The Sea out of a Elusive Quality mare. Dam unraced. Closely related to Lasspour, winner in France over 1m4f. Can improve on encouraging debut in a Roscommon 1m2f maiden earlier this month, finishing sixth of the 14 runners.
Finished 12L adrift of Tiger Moth - second in the Irish Derby, Saturday - on seasonal return at Leopardstown earlier this month. Not to be taken lightly in first-time cheekpieces.
Filly by Morpheus out of a Redback mare. Low-cost €1,800 as a yearling. Related to Redolent, winner at up to 1m and Pepita, successful over 6f/7f. Looks opposable on debut.
Filly by Ivawood out of a Dubawi mare. Well held in a couple of starts to date when sent off at odds of 100/1 and 50/1 . Others look more convincing at this level.

Forecasts
Dawn Rising (2/9), Zawara (7/2), Dances With Stars (9/2), Yulong Pearlisland (9/1), Danger Money (22/1), Leylak (25/1), Lady Ironside (25/1), Matilda With Me (150/1), Southwood (200/1)
The Aidan O'Brien-trained DAWN RISING can improve on his seasonal debut at the Curragh earlier this month to get off the mark for connections at the third attempt. The colt by Galileo was doing his best work at the business end of proceedings and continue his progressing at the expense of interesting newcomer, Zawara, who makes plenty of appeal on paper. Leylak for trainer Mick Halford and the Jessie Harrington-trained Yulong Pearlisland look the best of the remaining in the field of those with experience while debutantes Dances With Stars and Danger Money look worthy of consideration.
