Ran away with a 7f Leicester maiden (good) last time out after a promising start. Penalised for that and back in trip but with three once-raced rivals showing little she's hard to oppose with newcomer Hi Way the only alternative.
Always on the back foot after a slow start when beaten 13L into eighth of 10 on debut at Leicester two weeks ago. Will have learnt from that but doubtful she's ready to push Wine Flight.
Lone newcomer involved a daughter of Intrinsic out of a well-bred 1m turf winner. Yard has a 10 per cent strike rate with AW two-year-olds so market can reveal expectations.
80/1 and beaten 11L when 10th of 11 on debut at Newbury over 1m. Drop back in trip may aid her but unlikely to get close to Wine Flight.
Forecasts
Wine Flight (4/9), One Above (5/1), Ginniano (9/1), Hi Way (11/1), Irish Tweed (25/1)
With her three raced rivals all struggling so far this looks a golden opportunity for WINE FLIGHT to follow up her Leicester win despite carrying a 7lb penalty for that success. It would certainly be no surprise if Hi Way the lone debutante proves the greatest danger to the selection. Irish Tweed may just prove third best.
