C&D winner off a 7lb lower mark in August recording an emphatic win (his only one of 2019), underperformed to a certain extent after that. Returns from nine-months off (no great record fresh) with a bit to prove off this mark.
Showed some promise in three novice events on turf at up to 8.3f looking the sort who was being brought along with handicaps in mind. Failed to improve for the switch to that sphere though upped to 10.1f at Yarmouth, returns having been gelded.
C&D winner (only career success) from a yard (0-7 for this stable) that have been rather quiet since racing resumed. Not disgraced on his return here over 1m behind a French import who blew the race apart (has won again); back on a very fair mark.
Consistent sort last year despite only winning 1-9, win coming over 7.8f on soft ground (enjoyed the stiff finish at Carlisle). Held her form well after that, performed with credit both recent starts including AW debut, decent claims off this mark.
Dual Flat winner in Ireland over 1m2f/1m4f before coming to GB to run over hurdles (0-4), rather free-going sort in that sphere. Not seen on the Flat since 2018 and lightly-raced; beat just one home on Flat return at Newbury, still failing to settle.
Dual winner at up to 8.7f last May on AW/turf (favourite both times), ran with credit in three races subsequently for Brian Ellison. First start for this yard resulted in a sound third back at the scene of one her wins (Wolverhampton); respected.
Not seen on the Flat since 2018 when with Mohamed Moubarak, hurdling with the Pogson yard since then (made little impact). Returns to the Flat off a break with a new yard but hard to warm to given his recent profile.
Took a couple of AW handicaps at Wolverhampton (9.5f/8.7f) early last year seemingly improving for the application of cheekpieces. Rather mixed bag after those two successes mainly on turf, underperformed when last seen, others more persuasive.

Sootability (15/8), Garden Oasis (3/1), San Sebastian (5/1), Antico Lady (5/1), Jackhammer (6/1), First Response (8/1), Railport Dolly (10/1), For Pleasure (11/1), Cosmic Landscape (12/1), Citta D'Oro (16/1), Myrmidons (16/1), Four Kingdoms (20/1), Banksea (33/1), Sharp Reply (150/1)
Fairly uninspiring fare in the context of this card with Jackhammer sure to be of interest given his consistent record although he may just need this outing before resuming winning ways. C&D winner Garden Oasis looks another who can get involved given how he went here last time up against a well handicapped winner who has gone on again since. Antico Lady will be better for her initial outing for the Dods yard and is another to add to the shortlist but the overall vote goes to Redcar second SOOTABILITY. Richard Fahey’s filly rarely runs a poor race and a repeat of that run eased in grade gives her a good chance of regaining the winning thread.
