Fourth foal, half-sister to Fibresand 5f winner Nigel Nott, bred to be quite speedy; low-key debut at Lingfield a fornight ago, but she will know a bit more here.
45,000 yearling, closeley related to a couple of useful winners over a mile, and dam, though a sprinter, was a half-sister to a 7f and 10f winner; nice pedigree and yard can ready them first time up.
€75,000 yearling, second foal and a half-sister to the useful 7f winner Stela Star, who won at Group 3 level; worry would be that she refused to enter the stalls on her intended debut earlier in the month.
€28,000 foal; third foal from the well-related 1m winner Odyssee; no show in a Newcastle maiden earlier in the month, and needs improvement.
First foal, dam was a winner over 7f and a mile; some signs of ability on debut at Newcastle, despite running green; should knoiw a lot more here.
Third foal, pedigree only moderate and she only beat the one home on her debut at Pontefract, looking in need of more time; others preferred.

The market is likely to prove most informative here, with some of the bigger Northern yards represented. Overnight rain would only add to the uncertainty of this as a betting medium and it is suggested stakes are kept low. NIGHT OF ROMANCE has a mix of speed and stamina in her pedigree and the yard have a 10& strike rate with them first time out, so makes the most appeal at present. Better was clearly expected of Baileys Breathless but she might find this a more suitable test than the fast surface at Lingfield, and she may improve. With Rumathayah refusing to go in the stalls on debut, newcomer Pixie K and Signora Princess are preferred for third.
