Made all to win at Musselburgh on his second start (7.2f) looking as though this sort of trip would suit. Beaten on his final 2yo start at Chester by useful sort in Breathalyze (ran well off 88 in good Newbury handicap), handicap debut, shortlisted.
Fairly useful juvenile at up to 7f but form gradually tailed off throughout the year, well below-par in the end. Run poorly both times this year (worn hood twice) including on AW handicap debut last time, dropped 5lb, tries 1m for first time.
Only C&D winner in the field that success coming on his second handicap start, making all off a 3lb lower mark. Ran creditably when trying to follow up (same tactics not working) at Lingfield, looks a little vulnerable to any improvers on return.
May well have needed the outing on handicap/turf debut after nine-months off at Yarmouth (10.1f, firm), finished well held behind useful winner. That form has taken a few knocks since then for all it looked a good heat, may do better back on AW.
Debut 2yo winner with Archie Watson over 5f her form after that was rather in-and-out not really improving for a switch to handicaps either. Campaigned exclusively at sprint trips her new yard step her up in trip after a wind op for first try on AW.
Needed all of the Ascot 6f to prevail when getting off the mark there last September in a minor event (beat 15 rivals). Failed to confirm that progress when upped to 7f for handicap debut at Newbury (well beaten), now tries 1m/AW for first time.
Showed ability throughout her 2yo season winning a minor event at Salisbury (7f, food/soft) also ran well in three turf nurseries without winning. Events rather conspired against her on return to action (1m, AW handicap), vulnerable to improvers.
Fair winner in France on a couple of occasion on turf/AW at up to 9.9f the most recent win (January) coming in her fourth handicap. Creditable fifth on most recent start, subsequently sold 30,000gns, market to guide on stable debut.
Steady rather than rapid improvement from race-to-race as a 2yo and underlined another step forward when running well on handicap/AW debut at Lingfield over 1m off 3lb lower. Gelded for this outing there are races to be won with him in this sphere.

This doesn’t look as strong as the first division and there’s certainly not as much course form on display but there are one or two types who could progress in handicaps. Chief amongst them would be MON CHOIX who confirmed his further improvement with a sound second on handicap debut over this trip last time and looks at the right end of the handicap. Cognac is almost certainly capable of winning something like this and could be dangerous if allowed an uncontested spin on the lead, a winner last year his Chester second looks useful in the light of the winner’s handicap debut at Newbury. Elegant Erin sets a decent standard along with Dramatic Sands although both look a little exposed.
