Turf winner on debut at Navan (5f, good to firm) last year and has added two AW handicaps to his CV since (both 1m) for this trainer. Up 4lb for this return to turf after a break, but potentially still well treated and looks a contender.
0-12 so far. Placed several times over 7f-1m from similar marks to today's so has the ability to get competitive. Decent effort in first-time cheekpieces latest, and now swaps that for hood. Each-way player.
Dual AW winner (both at Southwell, 1m) on his last two starts, the latter being an eased-down 3¾L success. 5lb higher for this return to turf, where he has yet to make the frame in six attempts. Acts on fast ground, but still a bit to prove.
Triple 1m AW winner at Newcastle. 0-6 on turf, where his BHA rating is 15lb inferior to that away from it. Did once finish second at Haydock when 5lb higher in 2018, but clearly a bit to prove returning to this surface.
1m AW winner last spring. Now on a 10-race losing run, but went close in a couple of races in Ireland, where he was reasonably consistent in claimers and handicaps. Needs to eek out a bit more from this mark, but clearly can't rule him out.
Prolific turf winner from 7f-1m on all types of ground. Now back on a mark 1lb lower than his most recent win at Yarmouth 12-months ago. Can't rule him out on that basis, but has yet to win when fresh.

Forecasts
Straitouttacompton (16/5), Trevithick (10/3), Quarry Beach (10/3), Double Martini (9/2), Duhallow Noelie (11/2), Takeonefortheteam (6/1), Abushamah (16/1), Destroyer (16/1), Sans Souci Bay (25/1)
Destroyer has slipped to a very workable mark if able to get back to his form of less than a year ago, while Abushamah is also handily treated at present and could go well. Duhallow Noelie looks a player, while Trevithick clearly can't be ruled out, but has it to prove on turf. Preference therefore is with DOUBLE MARTINI, who could still be well-in from this mark. Quarry Beach has an each-way chance.
- Double Martini
- Duhallow Noelie
- Quarry Beach
