55,000gns yearling; second foal; dam placed 7f-1m4f (inc. at two) and closely related to 1m2f Group 1 winner Sultanina. Stable 13% with 2yos over five seasons and can have debut winners, though this filly may do better over further.
260,000gns yearling; second foal; half-sister to Listed-placed 7f 2yo winner Light Blush. Dam 1m2f winner (inc. Listed). Still early days for this training combination's juveniles, so a market check looks worthwhile to gauge any confidence.
€11,000 yearling; third foal from the 1m2f winner Maracuja; sister to the 5f juvenile scorer Prissy Missy; 33-1 and despite dwelling at the start, she came home well to be 2L fifth on debut at Newmarket last week. Looks a big player.
£48,000 yearling; seventh foal; half-sister to two winners at 1m-1m2f, the best of whom is Sarkiyla. Dam a French 1m½f winner. Stable has already had a juvenile winner and is in good form, and this filly can probably make a decent debut.
€45,000; fifth foal; half-sister to two winners (one German Listed) over 5f-1m; dam 5½f-6f (Group 3) winner. Stable 18% with 2yos over five seasons, and this filly merits a market check.
£45,000 yearling; Dandy Man filly whose dam finished fourth over 1m on her only start; 11-1 and slowly away on debut at Lingfield (6f, AW) last week, where she showed promise. Should be able to step up on that and is a probable contender.
£82,000 yearling; by Acclamation out of a 5f AW winner; 11-1 for last week's Newmarket debut (6f, good to firm), where she showed some promise. Likely improver this time, and can't rule her out.
Mehmas filly; half-sister to smart juvenile Liberty Beach, who won last year's Group 3 Molecomb Stakes; 6-1 market drifter for last week's Newcastle debut (5f, AW), Looked in need of that experience, but may still need more.
Forecasts
Isabella Giles (9/4), Royal Address (10/3), Chica Bella (4/1), Al Saariyah (13/2), Virginia Plane (15/2), Famille Rose (12/1), Tribute To Jade (16/1), Alghada (33/1)
Chica Bella belied her odds on debut and looks a contender if stepping up on that this time, while it would not surprise to see newcomers Al Saariyah, Famille Rose and Isabella Giles get involved or even prove good enough to score first time. Tribute To Jade has invaluable experience and could go close, though slight preference is for ROYAL ADDRESS, who was green enough last week and got the hang of things towards the business end. She may be able to find a fair bit more today and gets the vote.
- Royal Address
- Tribute To Jade
- Isabella Giles
