Basically disappointing after making a solid seasonal reappearance at Thirsk (7f conditions stakes) last April; better on the AW at Newcastle (third) on his most recent start; now rated 17lb lower than when scoring over C&D (gd/sft) in October 2018.
Twice placed on the AW at Newcastle (6f, Class 4 handicaps) earlier this year, but has since left the care of Michael Wigham; competes over 7f for the first time since June 2017 on debut for Jennie Candlish.
Hit form from July onward (11122) rising a combined total of 17lb in the handicap for those three 6f Carlisle successes; is bred to stay 7f (closely related to the 6f-1m1f scorer Gurkha Friend); can she continue that positive momentum in 2020?
Landed the odds in a 7f novice at Newcastle in October 2018; didn't exactly fare badly during a relatively light campaign in 2019 (has related form with Presidential); has eased marginally in the weights (2lb) since his last start 266-days ago.
Made all when striking over 7f at Catterick (good) last August; largely consistent thereafter, including on rain-softened ground, from his revised mark; seemingly needs to return in peak shape in order to score from a mark of 84.
Similar to stablemate Muntadab in that he boasts a fair overall record at Doncaster (14352); sits 1lb lower than when beaten a neck by Breanski over C&D (soft) last August; no obvious reason as to why he can't make the frame.
Justified favouritism when scoring at Ascot (1m) last July, and regularly on the premises at Redcar (223) thereafter; won over 1m on sole previous visit to Doncaster (June 2019); is versatile in terms of underfoot conditions; 7f?
Won three-times for David O'Meara (7f, good to firm/heavy) during the course of 2018; less productive last summer, and has moved on for 8,000gns as a result; easing in the weights and best watched at present.
Lightly-raced (seven starts); easy 3½L winner of a Listowel maiden (7f, soft) last September; coughed after making a disappointing handicap debut (Cork) and has since left John Oxx for 21,000gns (to join Archie Watson); very much on the shortlist.
Ex-Owen Burrows; more than justified his January sale price of £13,000 by making an impressive winning debut (for Mick Appleby) at Newcastle (6f novice) 12 days ago; heads straight into handicap company on ground (easy side) which should suit.
Paid the price to the handicapper for a productive three-year-old campaign - won competitive handicaps at Newmarket (7f) and Leopardstown (7f); gradually cut some slack as he eases steadily back into action as a 5yo; handles good to soft.

Edraak (11/4), Presidential (9/2), Star Shield (13/2), Northernpowerhouse (7/1), Muntadab (9/1), Sparklealot (9/1), Gale Force Maya (10/1), Zap (10/1), Clockers Corner (14/1), Boston George (18/1), Glenamoy Lad (25/1), Hajjam (28/1)
Edraak won with a degree of authority on a sticky Tapeta surface at Newcastle just under a fortnight ago, and could have more to offer as he ventures into handicap company. However, in a race which features a number of progressive horses (Gale Force Maya and Northernpowerhouse included) as a well as a whole host of hardened handicappers, and the difficult to assess Clockers Corner, he can be opposed at the projected odds. Therefore, the speculative value-based dart is aimed at Roger Fell's MUNTADAB. He often goes well fresh, and has eased 17lb in the weights since winning over C&D in late 2018, with added confidence gained from a Doncaster career record of 112201.
