Landed 6f Ffos Las nursery last summer for Archie Watson but has disappointed in three starts since, including when long way last over 6f at Kempton in March on debut for this trainer.
Dawn Approach filly showed plenty promise when third on debut over 1m at Kempton in February, though failed to justify market prominence next time at Chelmsford in a maiden. Jury is out for now but should do better.
Son of Pivotal didn't achieve a lot in three 7f turf maidens last year. Returns for AW bow having been gelded over the winter. Yard in fine form and positive jockey booking suggests market check is demanded.
Some promising form in maiden/novice company last year for Ralph Beckett but went the wrong way once handicapping in the autumn. First start/AW bow for new connections and handicapper has offered something to work with.
Exhibited plenty promise in 7f/1m Chelmsford maidens in February but seemingly didn't get home on handicap bow over 1m1½f at Wolverhampton in March. Back down in trip and likely gets involved in the shake-up.
Well-related New Approach colt that cost €110,000 as a yearling; Haydock fourth on second start last summer was a fair effort and an opening mark of 70 looks lenient. Yard flying and Ryan Moore booked, chance looks decent.
Kodiac filly made all to win 7f maiden here in January but she couldn't repeat the trick on handicap bow a month later despite getting run of the race again. She has been dropped a handy 4lb by the assessor on the back of that.
Daughter of Night Of Thunder has shown plenty promise and finished in the frame all three qualifying runs, could be more to come now sent handicapping for the first time. Watch betting.
Made his debut last May in Wolverhampton race won by 2000 Guineas third Pinatubo. November's runner-up effort at Newcastle over 1m easily his best but two lesser efforts before the turn of the year. Best watched on balance.
Zebedee filly didn't build on promise of 40-1 fourth in 15-runner Newbury maiden (6f, good) in August last year. Eye-shields are tried on return having been well held at Kempton on AW bow in October.

An opening mark of 70 could prove lenient for FLASHING APPROACH. The colt shaped with plenty promise on second start last summer at Haydock and should improve going up in distance. He's got Ryan Moore to aid the cause here and represents a trainer in scintillating form. There are plenty dangers in a race where nothing is ruled out with confidence. Gladice made a pleasing return at Yarmouth (second) and races from an unchanged mark while Night Voyager ought to benefit down in trip and Glitter Queen is one to note going handicapping for the first time.
- Flashing Approach
- Gladice
