Won Group 3 York Stakes over this tip in July, and not beaten far in International Stakes there next time. Flopped on final outing, but should bounce back and has conditions to suit on return.
Best effort last year when third in Hampton Court Stakes at Royal Ascot behind Sangarius. Bit disappointing on only subsequent start, and has something to find on form here.
Late developer who landed Cambridgeshire and 1¼m Listed race at Newmarket in the autumn. Has cope to keep progressing this term, and is one to keep in mind as a result.
Well regarded colt who is 3-5 and last seen winning Group 3 Hampton Court Stakes over 1¼m in soft ground at Royal Ascot. Absence a concern, but in ideal hands, and remains the type to rate higher still.
Looked good when winning Dante Stakes at York last May, but flopped in the Derby and Eclipse subsequently. Should be more mature this season, and given a chance to recover his spark after a break.

The rain has come in time for SANGARIUS, who was taken out at Newmarket on Friday, and this unexposed colt can behind to make up for the time he's missed since winning impressively at Royal Ascot almost a year ago. Elarqam is not shy of the best around at this trip, and is the one the selection has to fear most, although Telecaster is better than he showed after finding the Derby coming too soon in his development, and he is capable of rebuilding a big reputation this season. Lord North is another to consider given his progressive profile.
