Ran well when finishing fourth in a 5f handicap at Southwell on stable debut in November but proved a disappointment over the same C&D later that month. Market support would be notable having won off higher marks in the past.
Making his return from a break when finishing second in a 7f handicap here in January. Failed to replicate that effort when 4L fifth of six over the same distance at Wolverhampton subsequently and is worth a check in the market dropping in trip.
Placed off a 2lb higher mark when finishing runner-up in a 16 runner 6f handicap at Ascot (good-to-firm) last September. Below that form in two subsequent starts and he is worth a check in the market on seasonal reappearance.
Twice a winner last year including on handicap debut over this trip at Kempton in August. Held on all three subsequent starts however and interesting to see how she fares off a mark 1lb higher than that Kempton triumph.
Stepped up on his return from a break when taking a handicap over this C&D by ½L five months ago. Raised 3lb for that victory and has a wide draw to overcome if he is to follow up in this event.
C&D winner registered a third consecutive victory when successful by a head in a 7f handicap here in January. Drop in trip no issue on first start since finishing fourth over the same distance at Wolverhampton in February.
Put a disappointing effort over 7f behind him when finishing runner-up in a 6f handicap at Southwell in February. Races off the same mark here but best AW form has come on the fibresand surface.
C&D winner has shown improved form since joining this yard winning three of her four starts including by a short-head over 7f at Chelmsford just under three months ago. Strong claims despite a 6lb rise in the weights.
In good form for much of last year including when finishing runner-up off this mark over an extended 5f at Brighton (soft) in October. Interesting to see how he fares on his first start since finishing fifth at Kempton (6f) in February.
Broke his maiden when victorious over 6f at Southwell in February. Changed stables since finishing fifth over the same trip at Kempton on handicap debut the following month.

Forecasts
Badayel (4/1), Griggy (4/1), Royal Dynasty (9/2), Iconic Knight (11/2), The Lamplighter (11/2), Sword Exceed (8/1), Private Matter (10/1), Englishman (10/1), Real Estate (11/1), Mamillius (11/1), Erissimus Maximus (16/1), Lapidary (25/1)
GRIGGY caught the eye when finishing fifth at Kempton earlier this week and with a good draw in stall six he can register a victory in this competitive looking sprint handicap. Sword Exceed was a winner on his first start of the year back in January and he can finish runner-up in this contest while third place can go the way of Real Estate who should have no issue with the return to this distance.
- Griggy
- Sword Exceed
- Real Estate
