Hinted at ability at Nottingham on her third start but failed to build on that in two runs subsequently. Returns from a lengthy absence and others look more likely.

Equiano filly, sister or half-sister to four winners and dam a half-sister to a Group 2 winning sprinter. Likely to need the run.
Mayson filly, half-sister to useful 1¼m-1½m winner Hyanna. Cheap purchase at £6,000 but not a forlorn hope on pedigree, for all she'll likely be a big price here.

Medicean filly, half-sister to five winners including Group 3 winner Zaaki, dam a middle distance winner. Yard can ready a debutante and have hit the ground running this week; could go well.
Temple City filly, half-sister to a useful sort over 1m. Dam related to winners, most notably a half-sister to a smart 6f sprinter. Fascinating debutante.

Born To Sea filly, cost €28,000 as a yearling. Half-sister to two winning sprinters. Disappointed when 5th of 10 on debut when going off favourite in June 2019 but better expected here; wears first-time hood.

Mukhadram filly, cost 7,000 gns as a foal and €10,000 as a yearling. Half-sister to eight winners and dam won over this trip. Bred for the job and interesting to see if there's any support for her.
Mount Nelson filly, half-sister to 1m4f winner and dam a Group 3 winner. Hooded for debut and probably best watched unless market says otherwise.

Gregorian filly, dam a 5f winner, sister to two middle distance winners. Yard capable of getting one ready first time out and they do particularly well with their fillies; interesting.

Forecasts

Pretty Pickle (2/1), Mountain Dreams (3/1), Kesarina (4/1), Wine Flight (8/1), Sor Hi Hi (10/1), Habanero Star (11/1), Cazeva Princess (16/1), Rosa Gold (33/1), Topanticipation (50/1), Sung Choi Bao (100/1)

Verdict

Trainer Mark Johnston usually has his string ready first time up and MOUNTAIN DREAMS is interesting here, she will probably be best suited to the ground continuing to dry out. There was obviously better expected of Pretty Pickle when sent off a short price for her debut and she may do better with that experience under her belt. Kesarina and Wine Flight are two debutantes expected to be more forward than some.
