Winner of one of his eight career starts. Market likely to be the best guide as the entire makes his stable debut for connections.
Winner of one of her seven career starts. 80-rated handicapper for trainer Charles Hill. Market likely to reveal expectations on debut for new yard.
One from six over C&D with the Invincible Spirit gelding hitting the frame on a further three occasions. Losing run starting to mount up with the Invincible Spirit gelding yet to hit the target in handicap company.
Won for the second time on the AW when landing his first win over C&D last month off a 6lb lower mark beating Miracles In May by 1¼L. Well held from revised rating last month and may struggle once again.
Last but one on stable debut when taken to Newcastle earlier this month. Solid form around here since December including a win over C&D off a 9lb lower mark.
Winner of four of his 13 starts over C&D with the Kodiac gelding hitting the frame on a further occasion. Hints of a return to form at the end of January.
Comes here on a hat-trick following wins over C&D in January/February the latest of which at the expense of Kinch. Life more difficult from revised mark but more than capable of a bold bid.
Winner over C&D from nine starts over the combination. Losing run starting to mount up and now finds himself racing 10lb lower than last winning mark.
10-race maiden. Last seen in September in a Chelmsford 7f handicap when well held and never a factor, eventually beaten over 6L. Plenty to prove at present.
Successful once from 32 starts but had been running well in defeat in a number of starts towards the end of the year. Third of 14 beaten 2L over C&D when last seen in December. Not to be taken lightly.
70-rated handicapper on the Flat for trainer Ralph Beckett. Six-race maiden beaten on three starts on an AW surface previously.
Gelding by Thewayyouare out of a Definite Article mare. Well beaten and never a factor in a couple of bumper starts last year before landing a shock on polytrack debut over 7f in January at odds of 20/1. More needed but enters calculations.
Solid and consistent performer over C&D since October including a couple of victories and three place efforts from 11 starts over the combination. Should be a leading player in this company.
Sole career win in 19 starts came over C&D. Not seen since finishing down the field over C&D in October when no impression finishing 12th of the 14 runners.
Forecasts
Adnap (11/8), Nordic Passage (15/2), Beauchamp Bagenal (8/1), Mutadaawel (9/1), Masalai (9/1), Passing Trade (10/1), Wufud (12/1), Stagehand (16/1), Atlas (18/1), Koybig (22/1), Able Jack (33/1), Limit Long (40/1), Roving Mission (50/1), The Perch (150/1)
The hat-trick seeking ADNAP wouldn't have to improve too much on his efforts that have seen him land a couple of C&D prizes since the turn of the year. The Casamento gelding should have too much for the gallant and consistent six-year-old Masalai who continues to hit the frame with great regularity. Passing Trade, decent third of 14 over 1m when last seen here in December and C&D winner Koybig can compete for remaining prize money while Beauchamp Bagenal shock winner at this venue in January is worth a check in the betting.
- Adnap
- Masalai
- Passing Trade
