However, ARJU arguably achieved in a single start what Ventura Bounty has achieved in two, and also has the benefit of experience of racing on an artificial surface (Polytrack) to fall back upon. Robert Cowell's Karakonite filly finished a creditable second to Badrah at Kempton (7f) four weeks ago and can be expected to progress with the benefit of that experience banked. Of the newcomers, Karl Burke's Productive (a €360,000 Dark Angel yearling) is the most striking on paper.
