Finished second on his debut under Rules at Kelso (2m) back in December after going off as a 50/1 shot. Failed to build upon that run last time as he came back ninth of 12 at Catterick (2m3½f). Dropping back down in trip. Needs to bounce back.
Was a winner on the AW on the Flat. Finished third of seven on the AW at Newcastle over the extended 2m trip last time out. Is rated at 72 on the Flat. Set for his first run over hurdles here. Worth including on your shortlist.
A two-time winner on the Flat, however, he has been a long way down the field on his two hurdles appearances so far. He could only come home seventh of 12 on his latest attempt at Carlisle (2m1f). Needs to take a big step forward.
Hit the frame at this course in a bumper back in November when he was third of nine over trip. Was tailed off on his hurdles debut over this C&D last time though, finishing 11th of 12 runners. Will need to produce much more.
Has been well beaten on his two appearances so far. Both of those outings have come at Catterick (1m7½f) in bumpers. He was 10th of 14 on his latest attempt after going off at 66/1. Set for hurdles debut here. Others appeal much more.
Had some modest form in France before switching to the UK. Was fourth of 14 on his first run for his new yard at Wetherby (2m) last month, 34L off the winner. Will need to improve on that start. Best to watch for now.
Has failed to get off the mark in four appearances so far. He was a long way off when he was seventh of 14 at Wetherby (2m) on his hurdles debut last time. Is stepping up in trip slightly on this latest attempt. Others are preferred.
Has made a good start to his career. He was a winner at Ayr (2m) on his debut in a bumper. Follow that up with two second place finishes, including latest over hurdles at Ayr (2m). Is going up in trip slightly here. One to consider.
Made his opening appearance for his new yard over this C&D earlier this month in what was her first outing over hurdles. He came back fifth of 12 on that latest run. Has been well held on all four of his starts. Needs to improve.
Has been well held on his three appearances in his career. His latest run was his first outing over hurdles. He could only finish sixth of 14 at Wetherby (2m) as a 25/1 shot last month. Others make a greater appeal in this race.

Sao Maxence (4/9), Fearless (11/8), Diodorus (9/2), No Regrets (7/1), Fazayte (10/1), Spirit Of Waterloo (12/1), Yorvik (22/1), Cool Country (22/1), Special Brute (33/1), Fabrication (66/1), Elite Icon (80/1), Elusive Red (125/1)
FEARLESS is a bumper winner who was third on his hurdles debut at Market Rasen. He can build upon that here to record his first success over hurdles. Sao Maxence has done little wrong in his three racecourse appearances to date and should once again be in the mix on this latest appearance, while Diodorus was a winner on the AW on the Flat and looks capable of being in the mix on his hurdles debut.
- Fearless
- Sao Maxence
- Diodorus
