Won for the fourth time at this venue when landing a 1m2½f handicap last month off a 7lb lower mark, running for the first-time in a visor. Not to be taken lightly.
Solid and consistent mare who keeps on defying the odds, landing a four-timer at the track in the last 12 months. Respectable effort on last tow appearances here and entitled to be in the firing line once again.
Deservedly off the mark at the fourth time of asking at this venue when landing a 6K rated race last month over C&D. Appears to have plenty going for him.
Three-time winner at the track including a victory over C&D. Continues to run with credit in a couple of starts since the turn of the year and should be involved at the business end of proceedings once again.
Won the third and fourth races of his career when landing a double over 1m2½f in November/December. Behind Jon Ess last time but a big run stepping up in trip not out of the question.
Justifiably off the mark at the ninth time of asking when landing a 6K maiden over C&D earlier this month. Likely to make a bold bid and one for any shortlist on handicap debut.
Two-time winner at this track from nine starts. Well held in a number of recent starts since December and others appear more compelling.
Winner of a nine runner handicap over 1m6f at Wolverhampton earlier this month on his return to action following a 283 day absence. Needs to step up on that effort here on second start for yard.
Second of 10 beaten 3L behind Kings Vow over 2m last month. Market likely to be the best guide for inconsistent son of Frankel.
Off the mark for connections at the 15th attempt when landing a Kempton 1m3f handicap earlier this month off a 5lb lower mark. Bit more needed but enters calculations.
Forecasts
Jon Ess (9/2), Sheisdiesel (5/1), Narynkol (5/1), Muzbid (5/1), Munaajaat (11/2), Ciao (8/1), Nimitz (10/1), Art Of America (14/1), Guild (16/1), Political Policy (16/1)
The solid and consistent SHEISDIESEL can get back to winning ways to land the spoils in this competitive handicap. The daughter of Harbour Watch holds a 50% strike rate over C&D and can get the better of C&D winners, Muzbid for trainer Rodger Sweeney and the Denis Hogan-trained Narynkol who won over the combination seven days ago. Potential improver, Munaajaat and the Gavin Cromwell-trained Ciao should not be underestimated.
