Fully effective at this track; kept on well when beating Emojie by 1½L over C&D in December; that reopposing rival is 5lb better off here; a key player.
Fair strike-rate on Fibresand (3-9; 33%) although it's arguable that her positive momentum has stalled; strongest over 1m, she's now rated 2lb higher than when beating Break The Silence by a neck in October.
Off the mark at the 14th attempt when overcoming a slow start to score by 1¼L in a C&D classified stakes ten days ago; the incurred penalty is effectively negated by the 5lb claimer Aled Beech; chance.
Still seeking that elusive first win (0-10); runner-up on both previous visits to Southwell (C&D), including when beaten 1½L by Crazy Spin; renews rivalry on 5lb better terms; drawn wide in stall 11.
Maiden (0-11); has left the care of the Irish handler James Lambe since finishing last of 13 at Dundalk (1m2½f) in November; is worthy of a basic market check.
Maiden (0-9); went down fighting when runner-up in a C&D classified stakes (Fibresand debut) last week; couldn't be totally dismissed if able to reproduce such form with Paul Mulrennan in the saddle.
Maiden (0-10); weakened from the two furlong pole when only eighth of nine to Oblate over C&D on New Year's Day; continues to ease in the weights.
Former Irish racer (M J Byrne); hasn't shown a great deal of obvious ability in four starts for Mick Appleby; has plenty to find with Daniel Dravot on the evidence of recent C&D form.
Veteran; his last win came over C&D way back in February 2015; dismal (Flat and jumps) for the last couple of years; needs a minor miracle; is totally unconsidered.
Kept busy lately; was a game winner of a modest race over 7f here on Sunday; won't be troubled by the extra furlong under a 6lb penalty; one of the likelier candidates.

Forecasts
Emojie (5/2), Sea of Cool (3/1), Kashid (5/1), Crazy Spin (7/1), Daniel Dravot (10/1), Atalanta Queen (11/1), Amber Rock (12/1), Caesonia (14/1), Another Approach (14/1), Baile Ghilibert (40/1), Monzino (100/1)
A reasonably interesting Class 7 handicap. The three-year-old Sea Of Cool carries a 6lb penalty for Sunday's game success (7f), while the nine-race maiden Caesonia certainly went down fighting in a classified stakes here last week. Meanwhile Emojie renews rivalry with Crazy Spin on 5lb better terms, but such is the fine record of the Ivan Furtado-trained filly at this track it's debatable as to whether or not those placings will be reversed. However, a speculative selection is DANIEL DRAVOT. He probably didn't beat too many noteworthy opponents when scoring over C&D latest, but he's effectively unpenalised with the 5lb claimer Aled Beech in the saddle.
- Daniel Dravot
- Crazy Spin
- Sea of Cool
