All his AW wins have been at Chelmsford but he has gone well here previously. Has been given a chance by the handicapper after a poor run last time and Ben Curtis replaces a claimer.
Has claims on his form with Star Of Southwold last summer. However, he has not matched that effort since and he is not an easy horse to catch right.
2-5 AW record and has run well on both visits here. Goes well fresh and from the front, so has plenty going for him as one of the better handicapped horses in the contest.
3-10 AW record and loves Tapeta. More than capable off this mark, but back from a break for stable debut and probably best watched on this occasion.
Produced late to gain a fourth course win 17 days ago. May have more to offer but he was well beaten on a recent attempt in similar company.
Winning form has been at 1m4f and he has never won following a break. Handicap mark is attractive enough but that should not be enough to compensate.
C&D winner at 28/1 in similar grade last November and unlucky in three runs since. Has a good strike rate on AW and there is a promise of a better gallop this time.
