Should appreciate this step up in trip on breeding (and the fact he has a point-to-point win under his belt) but three runs so far have seen him finish weakly a couple of times. Needs to leave that form behind today, but that's possible.
Has some useful French form to his name and stays very well, ought to have learnt plenty from his British debut at Cheltenham behind the classy Redford Road when he pulled too hard and didn't get home; expect better here if he settles.
Point-to-point winner that made an immediate impression on her hurdles debut at Lingfield, showing a very willing attitude to score by 1½l; needs to tidy her jumping up a bit but longer trip should help and and more rain probably a plus too.
