Winner of a Group 2 race on the Flat in 2015 and ran well when fourth on hurdling and stable debut at Stratford (good) in September. Held twice since and blinkers applied for the first time in over four years on handicap debut.
Fair fifth in a 2m handicap hurdle at Wetherby (soft) last time out. Races off a 2lb lower mark here and is worth a check in the market in this contest.
Broke his maiden when winning a 2m1f novices' handicap hurdle at Sedgefield (soft) just over a month ago. Good fourth over this C&D subsequently and is one for the shortlist with a top jockey in the saddle.
Performed well when finishing runner-up at Kelso (2m, good-to-soft) in October. Decent fourth over the same trip at Hexham (heavy) the following month and is interesting in this contest.
Nine race maiden was returning from a break when finishing 22L fifth over an extended 2m at Doncaster (soft) last month. Races off a 2lb lower mark here and is likely to have improved for that run.
Returning from nearly a year off the track when unseating at the first in a C&D handicap hurdle on good-to-soft ground at the start of this month. Probably best watched at present.
Placed fourth in a three-year-old hurdle over C&D on good-to-soft ground in November but struggled when 33L last of nine in first time cheekpieces (blinkers worn on the Flat return here) on handicap debut at Wetherby (2m, soft) subsequently.
Failed to impress in three hurdles starts to date most recently when pulled up at Warwick (2m, soft) last month. Market support would be notable with a tongue tie worn for the first time on handicap debut.
15 race maiden returned from a break when falling over this trip in a novices' handicap chase at Southwell (good-to-soft) in October. Probably best watched on return to hurdles.
Performed well when finishing 7L fifth in a C&D handicap hurdle on good-to-soft going at the start of this month. Receives weight all round and races off a mark 7lb lower than for his most recent C&D success.

NEFYN POINT has been in good form in recent times and he is taken to record a second victory over hurdles by taking this large field handicap event. Perfect City can improve on previous efforts by taking second spot on handicap debut while third place can go to formerly useful Flat performer Painted Cliffs who is also making his handicap debut.
