Verdict

In receipt of 10lb from previous winner Sherpa Trail the first-time blinkered HAPPY FACE is selected to score on her second start for her new handler having shaped well here over 7f last week. Sherpa Trail is a big danger and there could be more to come after his pleasing debut success at Wolverhampton. Ex-Irish Tranchee lost his way after a very promising start for Dermot Weld but has claims if fit on his British bow, while bumper runner-up Makthecat and the long absent Bin Makfi are worth monitoring for market interest.
