A fascinating long-distance handicap with Mildenberger one of the more solid contenders who has to feature high on the shortlist after he bounced back from a poor effort over C&D two starts ago when third at Newcastle. It will come as a surprise if he isn't placed given his consistent profile. Astromachia is weighted to reverse placings with Rainbow Dreamer who got the better of him over C&D recently and he should do given he is more lightly raced than that rival. A chance is taken on the improving PIANISSIMO who achieved a career best when scoring in this grade recently, and he can maintain his unbeaten record for this yard and notch a hat-trick in the process.
