Nine-time winner including Grade Two novice hurdle and three Grade Three chases but never really fired in 2018/19 season and now has a few question marks over him.; first run for new connections.
Very useful dual performer who won both on the Flat and over hurdles at this year's Galway Festival; excellent effort off career high mark to score at Cork in October; another needed here but certainly in good form.
A four-time winner over hurdles but his last success was in November 2018; often let down by his jumping but reasonable effort last time out at Kempton coupled with a drop in the weights gives him every chance.
A winner in France over fences but has yet to prevail since switching to the UK; has been chasing of late and while he has ability over hurdles, others preferred on this occasion.
Won twice over hurdles last season but jumps starts have been riddled by errors so far, including when blundering at the first flight last time out at Newbury; will be a better proposition when jumping improves.
Had useful bumper form and won over hurdles at the third time of asking at Wetherby finishing the race with gusto; more needed here against some experienced rivals but looks on the upgrade.

Forecasts
Mr Scrumpy (1/1), West To The Bridge (4/1), Storm Rising (9/2), Saint Leo (5/1), Eaton Hill (10/1), Linger (25/1), Ball D'Arc (33/1)
STORM RISING is starting to look a well handicapped horse and given he has shown his well being recently at Kempton he could be the value bet here as long as he jumps with better fluency. Linger will be popular based on his recent win at Cork. He has gone up plenty in the weights and that may the thing that holds him back from following up. Mr Scrumpy is a horse with a future and there was much to like about the way he scored last time out at Wetherby. If progressing again, he could be a danger to all.
