Making his seasonal debut when falling at Sedgefield (3m5f, soft) in October and was beaten 32L over 3m at Sandown (soft) subsequently. Races off a mark 3lb lower than when finishing runner-up at Plumpton (good-to-soft) in March.
Returned from a lengthy absence with a win in a 3m1f amateur riders handicap chase at Cheltenham (good-to-soft) in October. Followed up at Uttoxeter (3m2f, heavy) subsequently and is a leading player upped in trip despite a 5lb rise in the weights.
Finished a promising 2L second in a 3m handicap chase on soft ground here when making his seasonal debut just over a month ago. Has run well over C&D in the past and is of interest off a mark 6lb lower than for his latest handicap victory.
Victorious by 20L over 3m at Perth (heavy) in August and best effort in two starts since came when finishing 8¼L fifth to Petite Power at Cheltenham (3m1f, good-to-soft) in October. Represents a stable with a 31% strike-rate (7/31) of late.
Well beaten fifth in first time cheekpieces (wears a visor for the first time here) at Newton Abbot (3m2f, good) in September and was reluctant to start prior to refusing at the first at Warwick subsequently. Others make more appeal.
Held in two starts since returning from a break most recently when 15L fifth over an extended 2m3f at Chepstow (soft) last month. Stamina to prove stepping up markedly in distance.
Placed on both starts this campaign following up a second over 3m5f at Sedgefield with a 2¾L second over an extended 3m1f at Ludlow (soft) just over three weeks ago. Races off a 2lb higher mark here and is a notable runner upped in trip.
Built on a promising return to action when finishing a neck second in a 3m handicap chase on soft ground here last month. Remains open to improvement and is an interesting runner stepping up markedly in distance.
Well held in two starts this season including when 24L sixth over 3m on soft going here just over a month ago. Probably best watched stepping up in trip.
Put a pulled up effort behind him when finishing 10L second in a 3m1f novices' handicap chase at Hereford (soft) last time out. Worth a check in the market racing off the same mark on his first attempt at this distance.
Novice hurdle winner on heavy ground for Paul Nicholls in December 2017. Well beaten in two chase starts since joining this yard however and is probably best watched on first attempt at this trip.
