Improved on her second start for current connections to finish within 2L of Arcanears over C&D last month outrunning her odds of 50/1. Capable of backing that run up if grabbing a positive position from stall seven.

Won for the second time in his career when landing a 7k contest over C&D last month off a 6lb lower mark on his third start at this track with a number of these behind. Life more difficult off revised mark but capable of another bold bid.

Landed a second win at the course when winning over 6f at the end of last month beating War Hero a short-head off a 4lb lower mark. C&D winner has a chance if breaking smartly from advantageous draw.

Mixed bag of results in the dying embers of the Flat season on turf, the gelding boasts a record of one from two starts over C&D. Likely to be doing his best work at the business end of proceedings.

All five appearances at this venue last season was over C&D posting a win and a place in the process. Ran with plenty of credit going down by 3¾L on return to action last month. Usually waited with so will need gaps to appear.

Form has tailed off a little in five starts since winning at Naas in July. Last seen at this track finishing fourth of six well beaten over 6f in April last year. Market likely to be the best guide on just second start at this venue.

Winner at this track over 6f in March off a 4lb lower mark and ran well over a similar trip here on Tuesday. Form over C&D is a major concern and needs to improve in this company.

Winner of his only start over C&D in March off a similar mark. Beaten, but not disgrace in a number of starts both on turf and at this venue since. May have to settle for the minor honours once again.

Forecasts

Arcanears (3/1), Enough Said (7/2), Nigg Bay (9/2), Lapilli (7/1), Dash D'Or (8/1), Early Call (12/1), Danz Gift (12/1), Art Of Unity (14/1), Paved Paradise (25/1), Key To Power (33/1), That's Not Me (33/1), Plough Boy (40/1), Powersville (50/1)

Verdict

With Key To Power possibly making the running from stall seven and lively outsider Plough Boy eventually tucking in behind the race could be set up for 6f winner last week DASH D'OR to continue in her rich vein of form despite a 4lb higher mark. The six-year-old can add to that victory and a win over C&D in November last year. The Aidan Fogarty-trained Enough Said ran well on return to action over C&D last month when finishing second of 14 and can emerge as a big danger along with Arcanears, winner over C&D last month and the solid and consistent Nigg Bay. Plough Boy can go well at a price.
