It certainly wouldn't be spinning a yarn to say that it's been quite some considerable time since it was last Shanahan's Turn, but this veterans' chase presents an ideal winning opportunity for the Colin Tizzard-trained SHANAHAN'S TURN. His ability has never been in doubt (runner-up over the National Fences in the 2018 Topham) and his seasonal reappearance third to Eceparti at Chepstow a fortnight ago has already been boosted by the winner (followed up at Wetherby). The dropped in trip, and undoubtedly fairly weighted Uhlan Bute rates as a possible threat.
