Inconsistent sort who got back in the groove when landing a 6f handicap at Chelmsford last time. That was his first win in 13 AW starts, and while he remains on a fair mark with his penalty, he's far from certain to repeat that form.
Has regressed since winning twice as a 2-y-o for James Tate, and while he's well treated on the pick of his 2019 form, there have been more bad runs than good ones of late.
On a lengthy losing run, and while his mark is tumbling, he's beaten a total of just three rivals in four outings since July, and doesn't look like ending his drought anytime soon based on recent evidence.
Sometimes slowly away, as last time on Fibresand, and hardly the most consistent, but finished a creditable second at Chelmsford three starts back, and would be in the money if staging a repeat of that.
Won twice on Tapeta in the spring, including over 6f here, but her form has tailed off somewhat since the early summer, and has run just respectably in a couple of recent starts at Newcastle. Capable, but needs to up her game.
Well beaten on handicap debut, but she has improved the last twice, and produced a career best when a neck third of 10 to Miss Gradenko in a well-run 5f handicap at Kempton last time. Finished well there, and comes strongly into the equation.
Best qualifying effort when second over C&D on penultimate start, and she built on that form when 1¼ lengths sixth of 10 to Katherine Place here on handicap bow. Would have gone closer but for a poor start there, and can improve further.
All his victories have come in the winter, and won off 11lb higher here a year ago for Karen Tutty. Back in his shell for new yard since, but looked rusty on return from a break here last week, and not discounted.
Probably best to forgive a lesser effort at Southwell last time, and had struck on her handicap bow at Kempton prior to that, beating subsequent winner Katherine Place and Chocco Star. Looks fairly treated, and yard does well when using headgear.
Won at Chepstow in March, but inconsistent since on turf. Has run respectably in a couple of starts here of late, behind Miss Gargar last time, but more required to get his head back in front.
Largely disappointing, and yet to win, but took a step forward on first start since leaving John Butler when second to Guardia Svizzera at Chelmsford last time. Blinkers replace cheekpieces here, and claims if building on that better effort.
