Gelding by Thewayyouare out of a Definite Article mare. Disappointing sixth of nine beaten 21L on debut at Punchestown over a similar trip earlier this month. Opposable again.
Sholokhov gelding out of a Luso mare. Dam won a bumper over a similar trip. Worth a check in the betting as post time approaches.
Gelding by Saints Des Saints out of a Sholokhov mare. Cost €125,000 as a three-year-old. Excellent jumps sire whose progeny include Quito De La Roque and Djakadam. Market likely to be best guide.
Saddler Maker gelding. Cost €60,000 as a four-year-old. Has hit the frame on all three point-to-point starts so far and worthy of consideration on first start for leading trainer.
Gelding by Westerner out of a Good Thyne mare. 15L winner on his only point-to-point appearance before picked up by leading connections. Likely to make his presence felt.
€170,000 3-y-o full-brother to useful bumper winner Hollowgraphic and closely related to fairly useful jumper Dawn Shadow out of a bumper winner. Likely to build on debut run at Punchestown in April finishing fourth of 19.
Gelding by Saddler Maker. Half-brother to four winners including Eni Light and Dire Light. Looks a future prospect and may come on for the experience here.
Maresca Sorrento gelding out of a Hellios mare mare. Inexpensive but as a three-year-old. Has failed to complete on his last couple of point-to-point starts since October.
A half-brother to fairly useful chaser Not A Role Model, he cost €5,000 as a three-year-old and then changed hands for €170,000 at four following a facile point-to-point victory in April.
Gelding by Yeats out of a Cape Cross mare. Cost €16,000 as a three-year-old. Best watched on debut under pilot taking his seventh ride of the season.
Robin Des Champs gelding. Closely related to six-time winner Carrie Des Champs, successful over 2m/2m4f. Market likely to give the best indication of chances on debut.
Multiplex gelding out of a Hernando mare. Inexpensive purchase as a three-year-old. Brother to Shanroe a bumper winner over similar trip. Market likely to reveal expectations on debut.
Cost €10,000 as a three-year-old by Califet out of a Karinga Bay mare. Decent efforts in two of his three bumper starts and holds strong place claims once again.
Gelding by Fame And Glory out of a Zaffaran mare. Cost €72,000 as a three-year-old. Likely to be popular in the market on debut given notable jockey booking.
Gelding by Teofilo out of a Shinko Forest mare. Inexpensive buy as a four-year-old. Likely to need the run on tough introduction.
Daughter of Jeremy out of a Supreme Leader mare. Half-sister to Grand Theatre who stayed 3m. Dam was a bumper winner over 2m. Unlikely to be troubling the judge on debut.
Filly by Baltic King out of a Phardante mare. Dam never made it to the track. Is a half-sister to winning hurdler Massini Lotto. No impression from three out on debut in a Cork bumper this month and unlikely to be playing a part in the finish.
