In and out sort. Returned from hefty absence to finish second at Southwell in October before finishing down the field in 1m4f Newmarket handicap this month. Looks hard to place for the moment.
Useful filly in France and made a pleasing British debut when fourth of eight at Doncaster (1m2f) when ground wasn't set to suit. Might have needed the run and expected to show more this time.
Has won at this course four times but well held at the moment. Not seen since finishing ninth over 1m3f here in May and this looks a tough ask.
C&D winner who has been in fairly good form this season. Didn't seemingly stay the trip when third in 2m Wolverhampton handicap but back down to his favoured trip in this and holds leading claims.
Last win came nearly a year ago now and not as good on turf during the summer, including when eighth of 11 at Newmarket this month. Needs to turn his form around now.
A promising sort. Bombed out at this track two starts ago but returned with a bang with success at Wolverhampton (1m4f) last month. Further progression likely so commands respect.
Course winner in the past and placed in all bar one of his starts this season, including staying on second over C&D last month. Looks booked for another bold stake once again.

Purdey's Gift (5/4), Fearless Warrior (4/1), Sir Prize (5/1), Jus Pires (6/1), Exceeding Power (8/1), Persian Sun (10/1), Princesse Mathilde (16/1), Ilhabela Fact (16/1)
SIR PRIZE has rarely disappointed this season, managing to win over C&D in the process, and looks set to be given a chance by the handicapper after failing to stay last time. Back at this track and distance he could prove to be hard to beat. Purdey's Gift looked to get his act fully together with victory last time out and could have further progression in him at this trip, while Fearless Warrior rarely fails to place but has become a frustrating sort going up in the handicap.
