Scored three times back in 2017 but without a win since. Certainly no forlorn hope on AW debut for first run for leading connections.

Slowly into stride on return to this venue last month finishing seventh of 14 runners. Has hit the frame here previously and could be suited by the drop in trip.

Made it two from two over C&D at the end of last month landing a claiming contest beating Merricourt ½L on final start for trainer Denis Hogan. Likely to retain good form in this company.

Winner of one of his nine Flat starts on turf but without success in a number of AW starts for a number of handlers. Best watched on another stable debut.

Well beaten and never nearer on handicap debut in a Curragh 6½f contest when last seen in August. Hard to fancy until the son of Hellvelyn shows some ability.

Two-time winner at this venue, the Acclamation gelding hit the frame over C&D in April finishing second of seven as the 4/6f. Excuses for last run when reported to be hanging left up the straight. Market check as post-time approaches.

Not disgraced in a number of starts for current connections since joining from the yard of James Tate. Could be of interest stepping up in trip.

Garswood gelding that fetched 17,000 gns as a yearling. Half-brother to several winners including Group 1 winner Urban Fox. Nothing of note in two career starts so far including a 9¼L defeat over C&D last month.

Veteran of 50 career starts on both turf and the AW. Well held and never a factor on sole start at this track over 7f last month. Plenty to prove.

Won for the first time at this track on just her second start here when beating Dubai Rainbow in a 13-runner field in a similar contest on her final start for trainer Ger Lyons. Well held over C&D earlier in the month.

Landed a beach/AW double in September with a couple of hard fought victories over 6f/7f. Has continued to run well in defeat with worrying the principles in a number of starts here since. Worth a market check stepping up in trip.

Well beaten and no impression in five dismal career starts so far including a 12½L defeat over C&D in a handicap contest earlier this month. Faces a tough task.

Forecasts

Yuften (4/5), Sky Moon (7/1), Sayesse (8/1), Sir Ottoman (8/1), Distant Mirage (10/1), Kasbah (12/1), Keep Believing (14/1), Scream (16/1), Garryowen (33/1), Cross Step (50/1), Ollie Bang (66/1), Stringr (66/1), Rise Again (66/1), Hell Left Loose (80/1)

Verdict

Solid and consistent round here, YUFTEN can win for a third time over C&D. The Invincible Spirit gelding made it two from two over C&D at the end of last month landing a claiming contest beating Merricourt ½L on final start for trainer Denis Hogan. The eight-year-old can see off his dangers in the shape of Kasbah and Distant Mirage who is better than her last run earlier this month suggests.
