Well beaten on first five outings for this yard but showed a little more last time at Chelmsford (1m2f, Polytrack) last time out. Has won over this trip and also won off 7lb higher in May so is shortlisted down in grade.
0-4 for Roger Varian. Two runs for this yard in recent weeks, well beaten on both occasions here (1m½f) and Kempton (1m, Polytrack). Has dropped 6lb but may need further help from the handicapper to get involved.
GB/AW/stable/handicap debut. Showed some ability in four runs in the French provinces for Jean-Claude Rouget, finishing third in a conditions race on his last start in April. Has been gelded since joining this yard and is an interesting runner.
Six-race maiden; twice placed on turf (1m1f) for Roger Varian; joined Ivan Furtado for 25,000gns and returned from a 423-day break to finish a promising fifth at Newcastle (1m2f, Tapeta) four weeks ago. Tongue-tie added.
Tailed off on hurdling debut (also stable debut) when last seen at Ffos Las in June. Had shown some ability in seven previous Flat outings, and is fairly handicapped on her best during last winter. May need the run after a near six-month break.
Joined this yard after finishing sixth of 10 (beaten 3L) over 1m1½f here back in August. Had also shown some ability on her first two runs on fast turf earlier in the year and may well have more to come now handicapping.
Showed some promise in maiden/novice events earlier in the year but was disappointing switched to a handicap at Windsor (1m2f, good) 145 days ago. Gelded since then and still unexposed if forgiving that last effort.
Was out of form when last running at Epsom (1m2f, good) in August. All wins have been over this trip but still 4lb higher than when winning at Lingfield earlier in the year and needs to bounce back under an inexperienced rider.
Failed to fire on the Flat this year and despite falling well below his last winning mark he's mot really shown the spark to be able to take advantage. Well beaten again at Kempton last time; others present a stronger case.
Built on early promise with the addition on blinkers to finish second over C&D, beaten 2L. Improved again to her head in front over C&D last time, winning comfortably. 4lb rise seems fair and cheekpieces now added. The one the beat.
Beaten a neck at Lingfield (1m2f, Polytrack) 16 days ago off this mark, having also been placed over C&D on his previous start. Cheekpieces replace blinkers and likely to be competitive once again.

Iron Mike (11/8), Forbidden Dance (2/1), Guandi (9/2), Raihaan (14/1), Cuillin (25/1), Gift Of Raaj (25/1), Profound (25/1), Power Home (25/1), Grand Inquisitor (28/1), Dream Magic (50/1), Ravenous (50/1), Baladio (66/1)
After improving notably over C&D the last twice, FORBIDDEN DANCE is taken to win again. A 4lb rise looks more than fair and she is still unexposed in comparison to many rivals. Iron Mike is consistent and has ran well on his last two outings, including over C&D, whilst Grand Inquisitor showed his first sign of form for this yard last time and is well-handicapped on his best now dropped into Class 5 company.
- Forbidden Dance
- Iron Mike
- Grand Inquisitor
