Despite finishing third to Rebel State two starts ago, PROCEEDING has won over C&D since and is still fairly handicapped on his best with Luke Morris retaining the ride. The aforementioned Rebel State can't be dismissed after his recent efforts but may find this higher mark tough whilst Troop has run several good races in defeat in recent months and is likely to be thereabouts once again.
