Has won 3-4 over timber in novice company at up to 2m5f after joining Richard Newland this summer; including at Ascot last weekend by 7L. More on his plate but clearly progressing and much-respected as he escapes a penalty.
Achieved a five-timer over hurdles last season before coming up shy in pair of Listed novice contests at Doncaster and Cheltenham in the spring. Tongue-tied on return and could have more progress in her.
Won a Uttoxeter maiden in May on hurdles bow and just denied on return at Wincanton recently from opening mark of 118; first time racing beyond 2m now and looks likely he'll stay.
Four wins over hurdles since joining this trainer in summer of 2017; most recently scoring at Plumpton (2m4½f, good; 9-1). Acquitted himself well here over 3m1f on seasonal return and ought to be suited now going back down in distance.
Consistent in five runs last season after joining this trainer, winning over 2m at Sandown (soft) in December; with January's Lingfield bagel down to rider failing to weigh in. Possibly going to come on for the reappearance on past endeavours.
Course regular, with two wins at 2m1½f on his CV, stayed on after being outpaced over C&D last month on second start back; taking moderate third in the end. More needed to build on that placing.
Placed in couple of 2m juvenile hurdles at Huntingdon and Kempton last month after joining this trainer, he's the youngster in this line-up and more on his plate now but could be open to progress upped in journey.
Winner of a Class 5 handicap over 2m1½f (soft) here last season, acquitted himself well on seasonal bow to take rallying fourth over C&D last month. May be sharper now and will harbour place claims at least.
Irish point-to-point winner, finished well behind Mason Jar at Kempton last month (2m5f, good) on second start over timber. Claims of being fitter now but will need to sharpen up his jumping.
