Was successful on her opening start under Rules when she prevailed in a maiden hurdle at Wincanton (1m7½f) last month by ½L. Likely to build on that success here over this longer trip. Leading contender.
Made her debut in a bumper at Carlisle (2m1f) where she made some late progress to finish seventh of 15. Set for her first look at hurdles on the track now so she is best to watch unless market indicates otherwise.

A point-to-point winner who is still a maiden under Rules after six starts. She has shown enough form to suggest her first success is not far away. She could only finish third of four runners last time at Bangor (2m3½f). Has each-way claims.
Has shown some encouraging signs on her last two appearances in bumpers, including latest at Kelso (2m) where she was third of six runners. Her future looks brighter over obstacles. One to think about.

Scored in a bumper at Fontwell (2m1½f) on her debut under Rules. Was unable to follow that up on her return to that C&D as she was disappointing last time, finishing a long way off the winner in sixth place of eight. Best to watch on hurdles debut.

Did not jump very well on her debut under Rules at Chepstow over 2m3½f last month when she finished seventh of nine. Will need to be much better this time around to be in contention come the business end of the race.
A bumper winner at Cheltenham (2m1f) in April 2018. Has only appeared twice since where she has been disappointing. Set for her first start over hurdles here. Likely to be better now she is over obstacles. Commands respect.

Has been well held on all three of her bumper appearances, including on her season opener at Fontwell (1m5½f) where she was ninth of 12 runners. Taking a big step up in trip on hurdles debut so needs to prove her stamina.

Has only once finished her race in three outings over hurdles and that was when she was 10th of 12 runners here over 2m. She was pulled up last time at Fontwell (2m3f) after going off at 100/1. Difficult to make a case for her.

16/1
Point-to-point winner who failed to shine in two runs under Rules. Her latest effort came over hurdles where she had just one horse behind her in a nine runner field. Needs to improve on what she has produced so far.

Scored in a bumper at Fakenham (2m) back in February on her debut. She then stepped up in class to finish seventh of 15 at Cheltenham. Set for her first appearance over hurdles here. One to consider.

Finished fourth of seven on her Rules debut over hurdles back in July at Southwell. She was up with the leaders before weakening in the closing stages. Likely to improve on that run but others appeal more.

Forecasts

Get The Appeal (9/4), Penny Mallow (7/2), Hawthorn Cottage (4/1), Bee Crossing (5/1), Cast In Grey (14/1), Outonpatrol (16/1), Seeubackincoppers (16/1), Early Days (25/1), At First Glance (33/1), Corrie Lake (40/1), Hoot At Midnight (80/1), Mrs Jack (150/1)

Verdict

GET THE APPEAL can have more success over hurdles here on her second start under Rules, despite having to carry a penalty for her victory at Wincanton. She shaped like she will appreciate a step up in distance so she may improve at this distance. Penny Mallow is a bumper winner who commands a lot of respect on her hurdles debut so expect a big performance here, while Cast In Grey can improve on her first appearance over obstacles so take her to finish in the frame.
