Landed bumper here on racecourse bow on New Year's Eve and not disgraced only subsequent run when fourth under penalty at Market Rasen in March. Makes hurdles bow for good yard with champion jockey on board.
Ran three times last term for Oliver Sherwood hinting at a little ability but not setting the world alight. Debut here for new connections and will do well to get involved.
£40,000 purchase after finishing third in Irish mares maiden point. Rules debut here and wears a hood for the first time. Probably be better for the outing unless market suggests otherwise.
Well related French bred filly who created a good impression when landing bumper in France on only previosus start. Makes debut for top yard in fine form at present and has to be one for the shortlist.
Related to a few jumps winners but didn't show much on first two starts last term. Wasn't disgraced on first run after winter break when fifth at Chepstow in March. Returns from another break with fine jockey on board.
Promising fourth on racecourse bow in Warwick bumper a year ago then outclassed in Listed event time after. Ran poorly only start over timber but too early to write off and may go best fresh.
No great shakes in two bumpers but did better on hurdles debut when third at Huntingdon in April, despite mistake 2 out. First run back and interesting to see how she fares.
Only modest efforts in two bumpers so far so this daughter of Midnight Legend will need to be a different proposition over timber if she is going to make her presence felt here.
Milan filly who has been tailed off both starts so far, including at Worcester recently on hurdles debut. Yard in good form though (5-13) of late so wouldn't surprise were she to take a step forward here.
Third on debut in Janaury in Newbury bumper then fourth here in bumper in March. Easy to back and ran poorly on hurdles bow over C&D recently but may be better for the experience and represents top team.
Handles soft ground and has shown enough in her four starts so far to suggest she may not be far away here. Only beaten six lengths when fourth at Ffos Las last time.
£15,000 Marresca Sorrento filly who made her racecourse bow in bumper at Bangor in April and was beaten a long way. First try over hurdles but likely to need a little more time. Yard in fine form at present though.
Three runs so far showing only a little ability and has undergone two wind surgeries too so hasn't had it easy. Returns from latest op with tongue tied down and is hard to enthuse over.
Forecasts
France De Reve (1/1), A Perfect Gift (3/1), Nikap (5/1), Mick Mona (12/1), Molly Ollys Wishes (14/1), Magnetize (25/1), Keeping Faith (33/1), Midnightreflection (40/1), Precious Eleanor (50/1), Fancy Shapes (50/1), Sheeza Legend (50/1), Milesha (66/1), Briery Bunny (100/1)
The favourite has won this race six times in the last nine years so the market leader may be worth following. That could very well be the interesting prospect FRANCE DE REVE who makes her British debut for a crack team having shown plenty in winning a bumper on her only start in France. A Perfect Gift won a bumper here on debut in December and is not without a chance despite failing to follow that up, while Nikap, Keeping Faith, Molly Ollys Wishes, and Magnetize are others to keep an eye on.
