Twice a winner on turf this year including in a 1m handicap at Ascot (good-to-firm) last month. Notable runner having finished a neck second in a Listed event at Newmarket (1m, good) subsequently.

Forecasts

She's Got You (7/2), Preening (7/2), Breathtaking Look (13/2), Chaleur (15/2), Crossing The Line (8/1), Scentasia (10/1), Coral Beach (10/1), Solar Gold (10/1), Muchly (11/1), California Love (25/1), Lucymai (33/1), Rock On Baileys (66/1)

Verdict

PREENING has a good draw here and she is taken to reverse Doncaster running with Breathtaking Look from when the pair met in a Group 3 contest there last month. The addition of a penalty to the latter can see James Fanshawe's charge come out on top this time while third place can go the way of She's Got You who ran well when placed at this level on turf on her most recent start.
