€57,000 purchase by Camelot. Closely related to several winners and is a half-brother to 1m2f high-class winner Collection. Offered something to work with on debut at Naas last month.

Gale Force Ten gelding. Half-brother to several winners, including 6f-10.7f winner Honor Oak and winner up to 9f Magic Jazz. Worth market check.

Colt by Galileo out of a Mastercraftsman mare. Well held two soft-ground turf runs but represents top connections and perhaps do better on this surface.

Gelding by Zebedee, 100-1 chance and beaten a long way on debut at Navan (1m, soft) this month. Hood is retained.

Siyouni colt. Half-brother to three winners, including smart winner up to 1m2½f Karaktar, useful juvenile 6f winner Karamaya. Noted should there be confidence.
Galileo colt. Brother to 1m6f-2m½f winner Dalileo. Represents Aidan O'Brien, though stablemate Vatican City offer potentially decent standard to aim at.

No Nay Never colt, cost €105,000 as a yearling, better effort upped to this trip on second start at Gowran Park recently and will be competitive here with further step forward on AW bow.

€260,000 yearling, Gleneagles colt. Dam, unraced, closely related to high-class 1m-1m4f winner Peeping Fawn. Notable newcomer from leading yard.
Fair run at Naas last month on debut over 7f, beaten 8L at the line and not a major shock should the Lope De Vega colt build on it now.

Relatively inexpensive purchase and was tailed off over 1m on soft ground at Navan on debut this month. Doesn't seem the sort to make requisite improvement now.

Brother to 2,000 Guineas winner Gleneagles, ran into easy and impressive winner Kinross on debut at Newmarket this month (second has won since) and should heave major say in this line-up.

An 85,000 gns yearling, Acclamation filly. Half-sister to 1m4f winner Kabrit and two-year-old 5f winner Pink Iceburg. Second newcomer for Ger Lyons and seemingly choice of stable jockey.

Improved on three turf runs to be 4¾L third of 14 in C&D maiden this month; this looks a stronger contest on paper and will need to come forward again.

Le Havre filly. Half-sister to several winners, including useful 1m½/1m1f winner Media Luna; could have found easier starting points it seems.

Verdict

He appeared to run into a good one on debut when third to Kinross and, with the second winning since, this looks a good chance for Ballydoyle's VATICAN CITY to open his account. He's got a nice pedigree and should have gleaned plenty for the debut experience at Newmarket. Debutants Karbasann and Abeona are interesting while Chica Boom Boom and No Days Off both rank as potential improvers.
