Lived up to market expectations on his debut when looking potentially useful when seeing off a field of well-bred newcomers at Yarmouth (7f, good/firm) in May. Absent since but worth a try at this level; ground would be an unknown factor.
Form of a useful standard on one occasion at least prior to his last time out Redcar (7f, soft) win making all the running. Didn't need to improve there but would need to do so here to get involved given the biggest test of his career so far.
Two runner-up efforts to his name either side of an Ayr 7f win on a quicker surface than he will face here. Found conceding 6lb penalty to Embolden too much at Redcar last time but did confirm that he could act on soft surface; needs to progress.
From last year's winning yard; ran well below-par in the Group 2 Mill Reef here last time over 6f (firm ground may not have suited). Back on a more testing surface which more closely mirrors the ground he won on at Salisbury over 6f; outside chance.
Knew his job when winning at Salisbury (1m, good/soft) on debut making all the running having little to spare in the end but still putting up a useful performance. Form well franked (four next time out winners); entitled to improve; interesting.
Well supported on his Newmarket debut (7f, good/soft) he ran to a high level for a newcomer quickening clear to win 8L (form boosted by the second subsequently). Looks an exciting prospect; progress likely but is up in class on more testing ground.
Like many from this yard he's progressed with each run showing his best form last time when getting off the mark in a maiden at Newmarket (7f, good). Yet to encounter ground this soft, will be suited by further in time.
Still a maiden despite showing some useful form at Listed/Group level; looks highly tried again here. Far from disgraced when third in the Group 3 Autumn Stakes last time; has the ability to win a race but that's more likely to come at a lower level.
Indications were there that he would win races when fifth in a hot Ascot maiden (6f) on debut; duly won his next two starts at Leicester/Chelmsford over 7f. Now up in grade on the most testing ground he's faced so far; plenty of potential.
Naas 7f maiden winner who has been put in his place at Group 1/2 level but ran as well as could be expected behind the top-class Pinatubo last time (beaten 7L). This is less demanding and he'll provide a good marker; already has a 108 rating.

These conditions will be unlike anything these juveniles have run in before and although Kinross looked a top-class prospect on his debut, he has to prove himself on this ground and in the class and there may be some value in the market elsewhere. The O’Brien pair are worthy of note with Year Of The Tiger looking just the best of the pair in the short term although a stamina test may well be what New World Tapestry needs. Surf Dancer can be put in the improving category but his stable are 0-4 in this so a chance is taken with KENZAI WARRIOR to follow up on his Salisbury win to give his small but very capable yard a big day. Impressor is an outsider who shouldn’t be ignored.
