Almahha²¹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-0| J: Jim Crowley| T: Owen Burrows

9/2

Ran to a similar level in both AW starts over a mile, when not beaten far but not quite seeing out the trip. Drop in trip should helps, acts on the surface and a likely contender.

Form: 43

(1)

Farnham¹⁹⁵

Age: 3| Weight: 9-0| J: Andrea Atzeni| T: R Varian| BF

4/5

Well supported favourite on debut when racing too keenly off a modest pace at Newbury in April before some good late progress to only just go down 2L. Not seen since but the race has produced winners and sets the standard.

Form: 5

(3)

Feleena's Spell

Age: 3| Weight: 9-0| J: A McCarthy| T: P Charalambous & J Clutterbuck

50/1

Daughter of Epaulette and a first foal to an unplaced mare. Bred to need further in time and doesn't catch the eye on debut.

(7)

Moment Of Silence²⁷

Age: 3| Weight: 9-0| J: Gabriele Malune⁽³⁾| T: S bin Suroor

10/3

Slade Power half-sister to useful 1m winner Irish Territory out of a 1¼m winner, herself half-sister to top-class winner up to 1½m Ghaiyyath. Sent off short priced favourite on debut and therefore the run was disappointing but a likely improver.

Form: 4

(5)

Petit Bay¹⁹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-0| J: Nicola Currie| T: Sir M Todd

66/1

Well held at long prices in both starts so far and highly likely we can expect the same again in this company. Easy to dismiss.

Form: 65

(4)

Reims

Age: 3| Weight: 9-0| J: Tom Marquand| T: W J Haggas

8/1

Daughter of Invincible Spirit and a 12th foal who is a half-sister to nine winners. Bred to be suited by an AW surface and market will be interesting on debut for leading yard.

Form:

Non-Runners

(2)

Otrachica

Weight: 9-0| Age: 3

T: J R Best J: Kieren Fox

Forecasts

Farnham (4/5), Moment Of Silence (10/3), Almahha (9/2), Reims (8/1), Otrachica (25/1), Feleena's Spell (50/1), Petit Bay (66/1)

FARNHAM represents a stable whose runners improve with time and experience and there was a lot to take out of his debut earlier this year. That's the strongest form on offer followed by the two runs of Almahha who may well kick on now she's down in distance. Reims is easily the pick of the newcomers.
