100,000gns yearling. Sister to 1m4f AW winner. Dam unraced sister to a 1m4f Group 2 winner. Trainer has had two winners from just 14 runners in this sphere over five season. Market check advised.

Half-sister to stable's hurdle/chase winner Ramore Will. Dam never raced. Trainer 16% in this discipline. Could go well on debut.
Showed promise when fourth of 12 on debut at Newbury (1m4f, soft) last December. Found it tougher in Class 2 event at Cheltenham in April, but remains of interest.

Dam well held over hurdles and a half-sister to Irish National third Whatuthink. Stable 15% in bumpers and runners always merit respect.
5
Horse silk
50/1
50-1 on debut at Uttoxeter in March. Well held that day, and with trainer's strike rate just 2% in this sphere, she looks best watched on her reappearance.
€8,000 3yo. Dam unraced half-sister to high-class jumper Oscar Whisky. Trainer doesn't have vast numbers of bumper runners (6-39 over past five seasons), but those that do well have tended to be supported. Market check.
€4,000 3yo. Sister to bumper/useful jumps winner Father Edward. Dam a maiden. Trainer 8% in bumpers over past five seasons, and unless strongly supported on debut, she is probably best watched.
Largely a middle distance Flat pedigree and trainer's only bumper runner in last five seasons was unplaced, so best waiting for other days.
Half-sister to point and bumper winner Lily The Pink. Trainer 19% in bumpers and interesting that Aidan Coleman (rides at Worcester earlier in the afternoon) is making the trip for this mount. Can probably go well.

£3,000 3yo. Half-sister to three French winners (two over jumps). Dam a maiden from two starts, is half-sister to a French Grade 3 hurdle winner. Trainer 13% in bumpers over five season. Market check.
11
Horse silk
13/2
Half-sister to useful staying hurdler Timeforben. Changed hands after Irish point win in January (third start). Trainer more associated with Flat (runners in that code in good form) is 0-2 in bumpers over five seasons. Interesting newcomer.
Dam placed in Irish point, is a half-sister to Stayers' Hurdle winner Cole Harden. Cost just £900 last year, and stable has modest strike-rate in this sphere.

Forecasts

Midnight Callisto (7/4), Diva Spirit (11/4), Timetoroe (13/2), Howdilyoudo (10/1), Jungle Prose (11/1), Don't Tell Kate (14/1), Hoot At Midnight (14/1), Langafel Bee (16/1), Sambella (20/1), Ivy's Shadow (50/1), Maid Of Camelot (50/1), Western Ranger (66/1)

Verdict

Several of interest here, with Hoot At Midnight not one to down tools on yet despite being held in better company in the spring. She looks likely to win one of these, but perhaps not today, with Midnight Callisto looking an attractive proposition on paper, and the same applying to TIMETOROE, who has a useful 5lb taken off her back and could score on debut. Sambella, Howdilyoudo, Don't Tell Kate and Diva Spirit are others who could make an impact.
  1. Timetoroe
  2. Midnight Callisto
  3. Hoot At Midnight
