Unseated rider on final start of last season but had finished 11L third at Exeter (2m3f, soft) in first time blinkers (replaced with cheekpieces here) prior to that. Worth a check in the market.
Broke his maiden under Rules when victorious in a 3m2f handicap chase at Fontwell (good) at hte end of March. Notable runner off a 7lb higher mark on his return to action.
Point-to-point winner but is a seven race maiden under Rules and debuts over fences here following a heavy defeat over an extended 2m5f at Exeter (good) in April.
Returning from a break when finishing 23L fourth over an extended 2m3f at Fontwell (good) earlier this month. Interesting to see how he performs stepping up markedly in distance.
Placed three times in Irish point-to-points but has struggled in three starts over hurdles so far including when pulled up at Kempton (2m, good-to-soft) in March. Probably best watched on seasonal and handicap debut.
Beaten 31L when sixth in a handicap hurdle over an extended 3m2f at Newton Abbot (good) a month ago. Was a winner off a 5lb higher mark over hurdles here in November last year.
Wore a visor (retained since) for the first time when winning by a neck at Chepstow (3m2f, good) in April. Fair fifth off this 5lb higher mark the following month but is likely to improve for this return from a break.
Point-to-point winner on soft-to-heavy ground in February 2018 but has struggled in four starts under Rules since joining this stable. Market support would be notable on handicap and seasonal debut.
Forecasts
Vetoncall (3/1), Norse Legend (4/1), Hit The Highway (9/2), Balkinstown (5/1), Dont Be Robin (13/2), Uallrightharry (7/1), Crossley Tender (10/1), Witches Glen (25/1)
Top weight NORSE LEGEND ran well when placed on his penultimate outing and he can put a mishap last time out behind him to take this staying handicap chase. Uallrightharry was a winner on his most recent start and he can chase the selection home ahead of Hit The Highway who is upped markedly in distance.
