A maiden after 17 starts but he has gone close to his first success on a number of runs this year, including when he was second of 17 on his penultimate start at Galway (1m½f). Latest effort at the Curragh (1m) was disappointing. One to consider.
Experienced gelding who was last victorious back in May at Salisbury (6f). His recent form has been disappointing, including latest at Salisbury (1m) where he was fifth of 10. This will be his first run for his new yard. Best to watch.
Scored twice in the early stages of his career but has been unable to add to his tally since. Was 11th of 14 on his latest attempt at Newcastle (7f). Drops down 3lb and is up in trip now. Others appeal more.
Has been busy this year without success so far which has meant he fallen down he weights. He was ninth of 12 last time at Kempton (1m). Down to a career so mark now but he will need to improve on recent form to be in the mix.
His sole success came at Lingfield (7f) on the AW in February 2017. He has run well on his last three appearances where he has not been far away, including latest when he was fourth of 13 at Newcastle (1m). Has an each-way chance here.
Still looking for his first success after 10 appearances on the track. His form has been very poor recently, including latest when he came home at the rear of an eight runner field at Newcastle (7f). Difficult to fancy.
Has had just the four runs so far where he has been well beaten on each of them. He was sixth of 10 last time at Lingfield (7f) on the AW on his handicap debut. Drops down 2lb and is up in trip. Others make more of an appeal.
A C&D winner who has yet to score in 2019. He was third of 13 at this course (1m½f) two runs ago, while he could only finish 13th of 18 on his latest outing at Naas (1m). Can't be discounted from this mark.
Broke his maiden at Newcastle (1m) last time out in what was his first start for his new yard and his opening appearance since having a wind-op. Will wear cheekpieces for the first time here. Has gone up just 2lb. One for the shortlist.
Lightly-raced filly who is still a maiden after five starts. Her form has yet to improve since joining handicap company. She was sixth of seven last time at Southwell (1m4f). Has been eased 3lb and is down in trip. Others are preferred.

Colonel Slade (6/4), Sayesse (3/1), Traveller (7/2), Kudbegood (11/2), Loose Chippings (7/1), Pushaq (9/1), King Oswald (10/1), Storm Eleanor (12/1), Arlecchino's Leap (12/1), William McKinley (16/1), Air Of York (20/1), Bobby Joe Leg (20/1), Staplegrove (50/1)
SAYESSE was impressive last time at Gowran Park over 7f and he can follow up here over this slightly longer trip which should suit. He will need to carry a 5lb penalty but that is unlikely to prevent him from more success. Kudbegood is not far away from his maiden win and should be close by at the finish at the very least here, while Colonel Slade can fill the placings here as he looks to add to his maiden victory at Newcastle recently.
- Sayesse
- Kudbegood
- Colonel Slade
